Tim

On his return, Tim began work as assistant to Susan Shaw at the London
Type Museum. He went on to join one of the Type Museum’s Key design
collaborators - Phil Cleaver & worked as a senior designer at etal design
for 3 years.

Tim became a member of D&AD whilst at etal with his work selected for
the annual. In 2003 He headed back up to Edinburgh to work with his
Brother on their musical project the Linkwood Family. He has been the
Masters Tutor in visual communication for the last 3 years at Edinburgh
College of Art and also teaches in Dundee. Tim loves collecting sounds,
images & texts that surprise & inspire.

Tim founded the nth creative collective in the Summer of 2006.
Recent work has included creating the new Canongate publishing mark,
the new Portobello books website, nth has also worked on many book
jackets & recently completed the 2007 Canongate catalogue.
